DWAVE services are available from 9am–4pm. If you contact us and we don’t respond back right away that is because we are currently working with another client are involved in another situation. If we do not respond immediately, we will reach back out and follow up with you when we are available. Leave us a message stating the best way for us to respond back. If your situation is dire, and you need support from someone immediately, contact a National Hotline. There are two hotlines you can contact. One is the National Deaf Hotline. Contacting this organization you can sign directly with someone. The other is National DV Hotline. Contacting this organization you will be connected to a VRS interpreter to interact with the hearing staff of that organization. You will see the contact information for both organizations below.
